Piston & Rider rings are Engineered to exacting OEM specifications for Ingersoll Rand, C.P. Tools, K.G. Khosla & Kirloskar make Compressors that are Manufactured in India. We fabricate these rings in a variety of styles but the conventional are segmental straight, angle cut & step cut design as per the Part Number of the Component or Model Number of the Compressor.
Custom Engineered Piston & Rider Rings can also be Manufactured to meet any abnormal operating condition as per Customers Sample / Drawing for the same.
Piston & Rider rings are manufactured from composites of PTFE - Carbon, Bronze & Bronze molybdenum-disulphide for applications in low to high pressure & continuous duty air and gas compressors. These rings are available for cylinder sizes 2" to 32".
